1. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital files, refunds are not available once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem — such as a corrupted file, missing pages, or an incorrect product — please contact us within
7 days of purchase at hello@thebeadlocker.com.
We’ll verify the issue and promptly send a corrected or replacement file at no cost.
3. Accidental Purchases and Change of Mind
Please check your order carefully before completing payment.
As all products are digital, we cannot issue refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate orders, or changes of mind.
Once a download link has been provided, the sale is considered final.
4. Duplicate Orders
If you make a duplicate payment and both transactions remain un-downloaded, please contact us, and we’ll review the case individually.
